MaltaDebdieba is a Megalithic temple in Luqa, Malta, dating to approximately 3000-2500 BC [1] [2]. The site was known locally as "the place of the echo" [1] [3]. The majority of the site was buried during construction of an extension to Luqa airport's runway [1] [2]. Concerns about the site's survival resurfaced in 2007 when Lufthansa Technik began building a hangar nearby [2].
