Bejucal

Bejucal is a Maya archaeological site located in the Petén Department of northern Guatemala, within the San Miguel La Palotada biotope in the municipality of San José [1][2]. It is situated 7 km (4.3 mi) northeast of El Zotz and was subservient to that city [1]. The site dates to the second half of the 4th century AD, during the Early Classic period [1][3].
