AustraliaKow Swamp Archaeological Site contains a series of late Pleistocene burials within the lunette of the eastern rim of a former lake in north-central Victoria, Australia [1]. Located 10 km southeast of Cohuna in the central Murray River valley at coordinates 35.953553°S 144.318123°E, the site yielded the partial skeletal remains of at least 22 individuals during excavations led by Alan Thorne between 1968 and 1972 [1].
