(700 BC) Misraħ Għar il-Kbir is a prehistoric site in Siġġiewi, Malta, near the Dingli Cliffs, featuring mysterious "cart ruts" — parallel tracks carved into rock [1]. The ruts form a complex network whose age and purpose remain debated, with estimates ranging from the Temple Period (3800-2500 BC) to as late as 700 BC [1][2]. Several researchers have suggested they may have been used in different periods, perhaps even for different activities [1][2].
