Nesebar is an ancient city on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast with more than three millennia of history. The settlement occupies a narrow peninsula separated from the mainland by a human-made isthmus, a strategic location. The ancient part of the town, built on the peninsula, contains archaeological evidence of diverse cultures[1].
