TunisiaThe Arc de Septime Severe is a Roman triumphal arch in ruins located at Dougga, the ancient Thugga, in the Beja Governorate of Tunisia [1]. It was dedicated to Emperor Septimius Severus (193-211) [2]. Dougga was first a Numidian and then a Carthaginian settlement before being incorporated into the Roman Empire [3].
