PeruToro Muerto is a collection of ancient petroglyphs in Peru's coastal desert, located in Castilla province, Arequipa region. The site features approximately 3,000 volcanic rocks with carved figures created by the Wari culture (500-1000 AD), a Middle Horizon civilization that dominated south-central Peru and the coast.
