Magasa, Crete

Magasa (Greek: Μαγκασά) is a Neolithic settlement on the eastern part of Crete, Greece. Archaeological excavations uncovered large residential buildings composed of multiple rooms, featuring a distinctive layout with 'external' and 'internal' chambers constructed from mud-dried brick (adobe).
