The Dar Kulaib Burial Mound Field (also called Madinat Hamad 3) is the southernmost cemetery within the Dilmun Burial Mounds UNESCO World Heritage Site in Bahrain, inscribed in 2019. It contains approximately 1,300 Late-type burial mounds dating to 2050-1700 BCE, displaying homogeneous typology with consistent 8-metre diameters that create a distinctive wave-like landscape. The tumuli were constructed of limestone, gravel sand, plaster, and wood, with central stone burial chambers surrounded by ring walls. Originally tower-like structures, natural erosion transformed them into their current mound form. The field represents the highest concentration of Late-type tumuli among the Dilmun sites.
