Roman Bridge of Mina, Relizane

A ruined Roman bridge spanning the Oued Mina at the western entrance to Relizane, Algeria. Dating to the 1st century AD, it served the ancient Roman settlement of Mina in the province of Mauretania Caesariensis. The site of Mina, located near the modern city, was an important Roman town drawn to the region's fertile agricultural land and water access along the Wadi Mina. The bridge survives in a ruined state as one of the key Roman archaeological monuments of the Relizane Province.
