The Amintas rock tomb is a Lycian rock tomb at the foot of the mountains south of the city, in the Fethiye district of Muğla Province, Turkey [1]. The Lycians who lived in the region at the time commissioned the tomb [1]. The monument reproduces in the rock the facade of a temple whose Ionic in antis plan is dated to the 4th century BC [2]. The burial chamber has a plain, roughly worked ceiling and three klinai [2]. The Amintas site consists of a group of rock tombs carved into the face of a steep rocky slope [2].
