Żukczyn

Zukczyn is a village in Gmina Pruszcz Gdanski, Pomeranian Voivodeship, northern Poland, located approximately 18 km south of Gdansk within the historic region of Pomerania. The settlement dates back to prehistoric times, with three documented archaeological sites comprising two settlements and a cemetery from the Iron Age. The area was part of the broader Pomeranian culture, known for its distinctive face urns and stone-cist burial traditions during the Hallstatt period. An early medieval settlement also constitutes an archaeological site at the location.
