Stenseby Passage Grave

Stenseby is a Neolithic passage grave (jaettestue) near St Bodil's Church on the Danish island of Bornholm [1] [2]. In 1882, schoolteacher and archaeologist J. A. Jorgensen excavated the tomb, uncovering several hundred amber beads, flint tools, a sandstone axe, and decorated pottery [2] [3]. Later excavations in the 1920s yielded a Bronze Age pot [2] [3]. The site is registered in the Danish Sites and Monuments Record [3] [4].
