Türkiye(3rd c. BC - 7th c. AD) Ruins of an ancient settlement in Rough Cilicia near modern Çamlıbel village, Silifke, Mersin Province. Occupied from the Late Hellenistic through Early Byzantine periods, the site is the westernmost settlement attributed to the territory of the Hellenistic priestly state of Olba. Remains include monumental tombs, stone sarcophagi with kline-style relief carvings, decorated door lintels, a church, cisterns, and workshops. Rock-carved reliefs depicting standing male and female figures are found 2 km north of the settlement. Registered as a first-degree archaeological site in 2004 by the Adana Conservation Board.
