Syria(4th-6th c. AD) An early Byzantine settlement located in the Dead Cities region of northwestern Syria. The site features the ruins of an unusually tall basilica, two churches dating to the 4th and 6th centuries, remains of residential households, and a cistern used as a water reservoir.[1]
