Iron Age broch situated on a promontory projecting into the Loch of Yarrows in Caithness, Scotland. The circular structure has an internal diameter of about 10 metres with walls up to 4.2 metres thick, featuring intra-mural cells, a roofed entrance passage, and a surviving staircase reaching 2 metres high. Excavated by Joseph Anderson in the 1860s, five human skeletons were found, including one buried with a brass brooch dated to AD 1200-1300, indicating the site remained a focal point into the medieval period. Surrounded by later Pictish-era cellular buildings known as wags.
