Ancient city in Pisidia, on the southern slope of Mount Taurus where the Eurymedon River cuts through the mountains[1]. Key ruins include sections of the encircling wall, acropolis, gymnasium, stoa, stadium, basilica, and two temple outlines[2]. The best-preserved monument is the theatre, restored in the 3rd century[2]. Selge served as a bishopric seat and remains a titular see of the Roman Catholic Church[2].
