TürkiyeA 14-metre-high Roman structure in Antalya dating to the 2nd century AD, combining a square lower floor with a cylindrical superstructure [1] [2]. Originally a monumental tomb, possibly for consul M. Calpurnius Rufus [3]. Later repurposed as a lighthouse [1] [4]. Excavations since 2020 uncovered a column-lined Roman road extending toward Hadrian's Gate, a dolphin-figured mosaic, and ancient bathhouse remains [5] [6].
