Anju Castle

Built between the 1st century BC and 7th century AD, Anju Castle is a multi-period fortress in Anju City, South Phyongan Province, North Korea [1]. Originally constructed during the Goguryeo kingdom as a northern defense point after the capital moved to Pyongyang, it was later rebuilt during the Joseon era [1].
