Here's something wild: 5 of the 11 head sculptures are ALL concentrated in ONE house at Lepenski Vir. The remaining 6 are rarely displayed or photographed. Most houses have NO carved heads at all. The popular idea that each house had its own protective sculpture is simply incorrect. Distribution tells a different story than the legend suggests.
