The burial chamber measures 2.62m × 2.4m with 6.9m total height, corbelled on both sides. A 4.22m deep vertical shaft in the southeastern corner puzzles researchers - Charles Rigano argues it could be an original feature, not treasure hunter excavation. Keith Hamilton notes room for a sarcophagus as large as the Great Pyramid's.
