Acidava

Acidava (also known as Acidaua) was originally a Dacian settlement that later became a Roman town and fort, located on the Olt river near the lower Danube [1]. The archaeological remains of this ancient settlement are located in present-day Enoşeşti in Olt County, Oltenia, Romania [2].
