Wild stat: algorithms distinguish Ice Age marks from modern writing with high accuracy, yet their entropy patterns fully overlap with Uruk 5 proto-cuneiform. Ice Age marks behave like early writing! 📊🔍
Mathematical analysis reveals Aurignacian marks match proto-cuneiform entropy patterns
Key facts
- Aurignacian and Uruk 5 sequences have low unigram entropies and entropy rates with high repetition rates
- Uruk 4 and Uruk 3 periods show increased complexity with average sequence lengths of 13 and 17 respectively
- Modern writing achieves highest entropy values averaging 28
- Aurignacian and Uruk 5 data ellipses fully overlap in statistical analysis
- Algorithms achieve close to 100% accuracy distinguishing Aurignacian from modern writing
